Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary during holidays, severe weather, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is complimentary on all subscription orders. For one-time purchases, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, and you'll see the total before you pay.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing date, so a new bottle arrives before you run out. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, see our Return and Refund Policy or email amanuel1014@gmail.com, and we'll make it right.
