Cancellation policy

How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're signing up for a recurring order of Longmere NMN. Your first bottle is charged at checkout, and a new bottle is automatically charged to your saved payment method and shipped every month at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently $55 per bottle, with complimentary shipping). Your subscription continues until you cancel.

How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no fees or minimum commitment. To cancel, log in to your account and select Cancel on your subscription, or email us at amanuel1014@gmail.com with the email address used for your order.

When cancellation takes effect
To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, that order will still ship, and your subscription will end after it. Charges for orders that have already been processed are final, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Pausing or skipping
Don't need your next bottle yet? You can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription from your account or by emailing us, instead of canceling.

Changes to your subscription
You can update your payment method or shipping address anytime from your account. If the subscription price ever changes, we'll email you before your next billing date, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll notify you by email and try again. If payment can't be completed, your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.
